How Do I Get Rid of Black Spots In My Vision? Here's What You Need to Know

My name is Selin and 2 years ago I had a bit of scare with my eyesight. I noticed while driving one afternoon a faint spot on the windscreen of the car. Well, at least that's where I thought the spot was!

Actually it turned out I had a "floater" in my eye. I presumed it would disappear so didn't really think much about it.

Over the next few months I lost I'd say around 25% of my vision as I experienced a rapid accumulation in black spots. Worried, I went straight to an opthalmologist who thankfully confirmed that it wasn't cataracts (my main concern)...

Over the weeks that followed my eyesight got even worse despite being given "professional advice" that it would be just a temporary problem and my eyesight would clear up. I was worried I was going to lose my sight, nobody in professional circles gave me any clear, practical advice and I couldn't drive my car safely.

So I took matters into my own hands and WOW am I glad I did because today I no longer get any floaters at all - my eyesight is 100% restored back to its original condition. And that's why I set this page up, to spread the word and help you do the same.

So How Can You Get Rid Of Black Spots in Your Vision?

Now there are two things you need to be aware of to get rid of these black spots:

Firstly, it is very likely that your body is suffering from some kind of deficiency that is important to your eyesight. In a recent independent study it showed that over 80% of people had a lutein deficiency. Lutein is fundamental to eye health, in fact it's used to treat pretty much every eye condition out there. You therefore MUST make up for any deficiences that you likely have.

Secondly, you need to train your eyes. You are probably wondering how eye training could have anything to do with floaters. I thought the same! But then I found that the eye exercises helped my eyes to relax. As I got more and more relaxed I noticed that the black spots got less and less! It was a real "eye opener" to me (excuse the pun!). Here are the specifics for you:

Supplements are really effective. I have to say that just a week after supplementing with Dry Eye Relief Tear Stabilization Nutritional Formula I noticed a drastic improvement. A couple of weeks later, I'd say that my "floaters" were about 70% better.

And I'm not alone either...It's interesting to look on the health related forums online. You'll see that so many people are improving their floaters just with a simple supplement. It makes you wonder why I wasn't advised this when I when to seek the opinion of a professional!

Another fundamental supplement for not just black spots (floaters) but for eyecare as a whole is Lutein. Now, to get adequate amounts of lutein I ate a lot green vegetables (like curly kale). Unfortunately, to get the right amount each day (6 mg) you'd need to eat greens with practically every meal!

Now, I don't know about you but I don't like cabbage with my cornflakes! So I'd recommend heading on down to your local health store or look online for a product like this.

I was really sceptical about eye exercise programs. Especially given the outrageous claims on their sales pages (ie. this particular product talks about a cure for cataracts! I'm sorry but anyone who tells you that eye exercises can cure cataracts is just a liar!), however, having been recommended this eye exercise program through a friend I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't realise it at the time but at least 25% of the reason for my black spots was due to high levels of stress! And yes, your eyes are one of the most prone parts in the body to get stressed.

So, here's one thing that you can do to relax your eyes. It's called palming and is a very simple exercise:-

1. Sit at a desk or where there is a hard surface for you to rest your elbows on.
2. Put the palms of your hands up towards your head so that your hands cover your eyes.
3. This is important - make sure your hands don't actually touch your eyes...Just cover them so it's pitch black. You shouldn't be able to see a thing.
4. Try and focus on clearing your mind and relaxing the muscles in your eye for 10 minutes.

That's all there is to it! It sounds really stupid, but really I did this for a matter of two weeks along with a couple of the other simple exercises outlined in Vision Without Glasses and it made a real difference. Funnily enough, it actually cured another problem I'd been having for years - chronic headaches. This was a big deal for me.

I have laid out all you need to know to get rid of the black spots in your eyes. Follow my advice and you'll notice a massive improvement.
